LAGY GAGA

OMG What does one wear to Lady Gaga??  I wore some beau coops boots and a customised Wheels and Dollbaby Jacket

Lady Gaga was AMAZING
We had dinner at the Entertainment Centre and it was fabulous

Mum and I both had the beef - it was lovely

Mum bought me this great head band (with refillable batteries!!)  Watch out world!!

and Dad some Gaga socks - just what he always wanted!!!

There were lots of groupies and Mum chatted with lots of them

There were lots of skeletons

I wan't quick enough to get a skeleton shot ... here's one from the net (so is the one below)

These ladies told me that they were the GAGA Grannies!

and so we waited and watched a terrible support act who performed in a tent...

And then the show began - it was spectacular.  The set was a castle

Gaga entered the stage as a prisoner tied to a horse

Gaga wore her meat dress and performed ...

and performed flat out for 2 1/2 hours

Here are some pics I found on the web of the Brisbane Concert we were at....and yes that is GAGA on a meat lounge in a meat hanging room in a meat dress!

A meat lounge with AK 47 Bras!!
Lady Gaga had the most amazing figure! Here are some close ups.  I am actioning the gym pronto.

There is much discussion about whether Gaga is the new Madonna.  I am a HUGE Madonna fan and saw her only Australian Concert the night before my Grade 12 science exam with mum.  I have also seen all of her subsequent international concerts on DVD.

After seeing Gaga I think there is no comparison.   No doubt GAGA was inspired by Madonna BUT she gives her audience so much more.  Move over Madonna ...Gaga was spectacular.  She is an amazing entertainer .

A week or two and Marilyn Munroe

HAPPY BIRTHDAY To Marilyn Munroe 1 June  (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marilyn_Monroe)

Its been a bad month ..firstly with blogging (I'm a week behind) and with shopping ... I could not resist these Ksubi (www.ksubi.com.au) jeans

I have my eye on the matching blazer ...my prayers for it to go on sale have been answered ...!

I also bought a lovely spotty blouse from sports girl (www.sportsgirl.com.au)

These items really brightened the week because I've been in Ipswich! Thank goodness for net shopping

For those who don't get to Ipswich too often the court house had a fabulous makeover a few years ago.  Given it's location is is a VERY busy courthouse.
Ipswich is home to this trusty cafe.  Do you like the name?  This is a hive of activity at lunch times and is typically 10 people deep at the counter BUT BE WARNED ...

it is not for the faint hearted ....  dieters avert your eyes ... I think I put on 10kg every time I have a trial here!

The best thing about the Hoe Inn is not the calories but the service  the ladies are ALWAYS friendly and so polite when I make my orders denuding their food of fat.

Here's our selection on Day 2 of trial  (no wonder I spent the morning on the cross trainer)

I've been hearing some really great things about the Ipswich Antique Centre so I decided to go for a visit ...perhaps better luck next time

I was back from Ipswich on the Friday.  I must say I preferred my lunch then.  I went to Mexican ...  For those of you who haven't been there you must try this  (http://www.guzmanygomez.com/)

This is the store at Emporium.  The queue was never ending but well worth the wait...

Here's my chicken salad with a side of Mexican Black beans.

I stopped by Toni and Guy to make me look human again.  The Emporium Store is excellent

I've been in Toowoomba since...more updates to come:)
